Fixed Issues 

• Performance counters were not correctly retrieved when the remote server was in a locale different from US. 
• Domino templates are now correctly loaded even in case of incomplete save.
• The ActiveSync scenarios are now working as expected on Office 365. 
• Traveler user alerts are no longer played at the server level if it belongs to a Traveler pool.
